Pleasant semi-rural pub on the main road, originally built in the 18th century. There is a small bar area to one side, a larger restaurant to the rear and a small snug on the right hand side. There is a pleasant beer garden to the back of the pub and a large car park to one side. The guest beers often hail from small breweries. Meals include pub classics, steak and veggie menus. Live music acts are on Friday and Saturday nights. The large upstairs function room/restaurant is available for large parties or functions.
